Yummytums! is an ode to the sweet and the savory. I started Yummytums! in January 2014, in part to help support my own New Year’s Resolution to eat healthier and more thoughtfully. Since I’m blogging about food, I thought it may help keep me on track, sort of like a public food journal. I figure others can get some benefit from this too. I love to share recipes and all of the recipes on Yummytums! have been taste-tested by me and my somewhat picky husband.
Most of my recipes focus on whole foods and I try to go organic whenever possible. I avoid processed foods, so you won’t find recipes for boxed food products on this site. I also enjoy smoothies — both green and fruity — so I post recipes for those. If you see one you like, please drop me a line.
If you have a recipe that you’d like to share, please email me and I’ll post it on Yummytums! once I’ve tried it myself.
